These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mod Fin Lit website and mobile app (the “Service”), operated by West Invest LLC (“West Invest,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational purpose — not financial advice

Mod Fin Lit provides general financial education only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any security or product. Using the Service does not create an advisory, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship. Calculators and tools produce estimates for illustration and depend on the inputs and assumptions used; they are not quotes, approvals, or guarantees. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

2. Communications and notifications

We may send you emails necessary to operate your account, such as verification and password resets. If you opt in, we may also send marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time using the link in each email. If you enable push notifications, we may send them; you can turn them off at any time in your device settings. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of using the Service. 3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require a paid subscription (“Premium”). Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed and managed by Apple, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and can be managed in your App Store account settings. Prices may change with notice.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not copy, resell, or redistribute our content without permission.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, and trademarks, is owned by West Invest LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Third-party data, tools, and links

Tools may display information from third-party data sources for educational illustration. Such information may be delayed or inaccurate and is provided “as is” without warranty. Do not rely on it for trading or time-sensitive decisions. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
